Hello again everybody! I hope you had wonderful holidays and winter celebrations and such. I’ve been so crazily busy for the last few weeks and felt that it was time to give my poor little computer a nice, lengthy rest while I go and do other things. But now I’m back and I have some neat news to share!
A few days ago, the lovely Mathyld of the blog Encore Petite held a contest to celebrate her first Blogiversary (which, for the uninitiated, means that she’s been writing about her sweet Parisian life and craft business for an entire year now!). I entered it by writing her a limerick:
There once was a blog très petite
By Mathyld, who’s a lady très sweet
She makes owls, and pillows,
And gives me such thrill-o’s
Cause her photos are always a treat !
Well, she loved it so much that she has posted it to her blog and wants to send me a little gift! It made my day just to write it, so I’m glad it made her day as well.

So I suggest you go there and take a look at some beautiful pictures (and try to read the French – she always writes the posts in both English and French and I have fun trying to decipher what she says)!
I must go; there is a very sweet boy’s birthday cake downstairs for the eating! And if I don’t get back to the blog before the new year – Happy New Year everybody!!
